Louis W. Foxwell, Sr. Memorial Community
This 185 unit housing project for the Deaf was given an Award of Merit in l984 by the Maryland Governor's Committee on the employment of the Handicapped for the design features provided for the tenants.
Lake Seneca Elementary School
First Prize in a 1983 invited design competition for the first new Montgomery County Elementary School in nine years. Ralph Bennett was Associated Architect with Grimm and Parker, Architects, with special responsibility for energy related design features including classroom lighting and demonstration facilities.
First Prize for all Building Types in EnComp '84, a competition sponsored by Maryland and Virginia utilities and engineering societies.
