Once the schematic concept is agreed upon the design is ready to be refined into more detailed drawings and specifications. The documents typically include plans, elevations, sections, details, and specifications. We will work with engineers and consultants to produce the necessary drawings as determined by the size and complexity of the project. The completed drawings and specifications will be used to obtain a building permit, solicit final bids, and form the basis of an agreement with the selected builder. |  |
