The next step is to analyze the site. In the case of an addition or renovation project this process includes measuring the existing building and then drawing floor plans and exterior elevations. For new construction this phase is focused primarily on site conditions. We will perform a study to determine the zoning limitations which could impact the design. This information will serve as the basis for the studies made in the schematic design stage.
